Hot News - CSI in my office..

Guess what! guess what! I was drafting some stuff in my blog and S-U-D-D-E-N-L-Y..... CRASHED.... BOOM... BENG...

All I could remember is I saw my colleague head under his table (his is name is Joey) and the glass broke into pieces. So, I grabbed my phone and snapped the incident.

Managed to snap some pictures but I was unable to investigate further as I'm afraid the whole glass will fall on me.

Luckily, Joey is alright. No bruises no nothing.. I guess he's been protected by the F-O-R-C-E. The force is with him after all.

Le Ling (the office admin) called the specialist to clean the glass and I finally found the caused of it.

Yes! ladies and gentlemen... his chair "broke". How it broke - it's still under investigation!. I guess we need to escalate it over to the "vendor" or maybe "see you in court" kinda of thing... This must be a quality issue of the chair. How could this happened? This question still playing on my mind. I think we ought to purchase a better quality chair for the sake of the employees in the office. Now, I have a funny feeling sitting down on MY chair near the glass (since my cubic is facing the glass)

Currently, the specialist is cleaning the glasses and Le Ling have to vacum the left overs. Oh boy! what a day.. wish Lyn May is here. We also experienced one incident a few months ago. But this is not a chair... there's this guy (whom to be Lyn May far far away cousin, if I'm not mistaken-la) miss-step and fell off the staircase and hit himself at our glass door.

And we had to drove him to the hospital. Blood all over... damn! this is scary scene. He got cut at his hand and head, I think. The next day, Lyn May received a sms from him and he mentioned that his alright. Phew!

I think Alvin (Lyn May BF) also fell down sitting on this type of chair - I can't remember-la (Lyn, if you happen to read myblog.. Alvin pernah jatuh-kan at our office long time back?)

Do you believe in Feng-sui? I think we need to call Lilian Toto **hehehehe** Lilian To to feng sui our office la. This incident happened twice in a year **sigh**

So.. what next?

Joey ask me to read his 'humpty-dumpty' fall here..heheh.. :>

1) The guy who broke the glass door one is a long ago childhood buddy la..not my cousin.

2) Yes Alvin's arse too big liao coz he always finish my leftovers when it comes to eating so the chair in bg cannot take the weight of his bum..hence the fall :>

Sham here Syaquera....its a shock i guess for the person who was on that cair, pity n sypathize him. But bear in mind that many of us fail to do basic things in our daily life at a consistence rate thefore experiencing somethings shocking like this.

FIrst of all, we have to always check the things we used daily for everything, including the vehicles we travel on, the things we use for work n many more.. Even at home where we may be oblivious of things like the stoves and gas, dropped objects, cracks on the chairs n so on.

In the office case, i guess its probably not an instance breaking of the chair due to the stress/force exerted on it but probably a slow process which wud have started with a crack which obviously none of us wud suspect for a chair which is certified as 1st class or so because of the supliers reputation.

So as a morale of the story minus the legal or post mortem of the issue by the management, we shud always check everything from tools to things we use to make sure they r gud and wud not hurt us, the most important is we want to be back as we left the home. And remember, even a mercedes or BmW can break down.

Food for thought. Luv, sham
